Dan is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in offshore fund administration and financial services.
From 1986 to 1990, Dan was employed by Ernst & Young in both Canada and Bermuda before joining Hemisphere Management Ltd., an international fund administration firm. In 1999, he was invited to join the Grosvenor Group of Companies with the mandate to establish and build a fund administration business unit. Dan was responsible for developing and managing Grosvenor Fund Administration until leaving the firm to establish the CrossWater Group in 2011. Dan is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Bermuda.
Dan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and a Director of CrossWater Global Foundation Ltd. and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Joanne and three children .
Phil is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Trust Estate Practitioner, with over 15 years of experience in accounting and trust administration.
From 1998 to 2005, Phil was employed by Ernst & Young in Bermuda where he became Senior Manager, focusing on the creation, planning, execution and operation of a Private Client business unit within Ernst & Young. Subsequently, Phil joined the Belmont Hills group of companies in 2006 as their Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the owner and financiers. In 2011, Phil left Belmont to establish the CrossWater Group. Phil is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Bermuda, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Bermuda).
Phil currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CrossWater Global Foundation Ltd. and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Anne and two children .
